Are the prices on the website per person or per flat?
The prices on the website are per apartment/night.

How can I pay for my booking?
At the time of booking your credit card details will be requested only to guarantee your reservation. You can pay at reception on the day of arrival by cash or credit card.

If I want to extend or modify my stay?
You can request it via email or by calling the telephone number on the website.

How many people can occupy my reserved Apartment?
You can check it in the description of each type of flat.

Can I book a cot or an extra bed?
Yes, it is free of charge and you can book a cot on request. Please let us know at the time of booking or by email. We do not have extra beds, but some flats have a sofa bed. You can consult us by email and we will inform you.

Cancellations

You can cancel the booking free of charge up to 2 days before the booking date of arrival. You will have to pay the price of the first night if you cancel within 2 days before your arrival date.

These conditions may vary according to the season and will be visible on your reservation.

Non-refundable offer: 100% of expenses, no changes or cancellations allowed.

Is there cleaning and towel/linen change?

Cleaning is every 2 days, including change of towels and every 4 days change of sheets.

Can I have parties/events in the flats?

It is strictly prohibited parties in the flats and in the event of non-compliance the police will be notified and we reserve the right to evict you from the premises.

Where to park

We do not have a private car park, but there is a 24-hour public car park just 50 m from the aparthotel in the Plaza de San Antonio. You can download the P-APP App to make your reservation with discounts.

  • Casa Palacio Cádiz does not have any agreement with the car park.
