Rates and Offers published on our webseite are always based per apartment/night.
How can I pay my booking?
During the booking process we will request your credit card number and date to guarantee your booking. You can pay your reservation in cash or credit card on the arrival day.
How can I extend or modify my stay?
If you need to modify/cancel or extend your reservation you can contact us by email or telephone.
How many persons can an Apartment accommodate?
You can see the maximum occupation of each Apartments in the description on the website.
Can I request baby crib or extrabed?
Yes, you can request baby crib. Please indicate in your booking or send us an email. The baby crib is free of charge. We have no extra bed, but some Apartments have sofabed. Please send us your request and we will inform you.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. You will have to pay the price of the first night if you cancel during the 2 days before your arrival date.
These conditions may vary according to season and will be indicated in the booking conditions.

How to get to Casa Palacio Cádiz
We are located in the old town of Cadiz and on a pedestrian street “Calle Ancha” so if you come by car and use GPS, we recommend writing in it “Plaza de San Antonio”, it is the closest place you can access with your car. You can book the parking with the APP P-APP Interparking Plaza de San Antonio and get discounts. If you do not use GPS, once arrived in Cádiz center, it would be “Avenida del Puerto”, “Calle Honduras”, “Alameda Apodaca”, “Calle Buenos Aires”, “Plaza de San Antonio”.
Where can I park my car?
The nearest parking place is located under the Plaza de San Antonio only 50 meters from our Apartments. Please download the App Interparking to get discount.
When can I check-in and check-out?
Our reception is open from 12.00-20.00h. The check-in time is from 15.00h to 20.00h. Late check in is possible between 20.00h to 00.00 hours with an additional cost of 15 Euros. Please contact us in advance to organize your check in.
Is the reception 24 hours open?
No, our reception is open from 12.00h to 20.00h.
Its important to inform with a minimum of 24h before arrival. Late check-in is permitted between 20.00h to 00.00h with an additional cost of 15 euros.
Can I deposit my luggage in the reception?
Yes, you can store your bags in reception from 12.00h on.
Which documentation must I show at my arrival?
The day of your arrival, do not forget your identification card (passport if necessary) and the booking confirmation received by email.
Is smoking allowed in the installations and/or Apartments?
Smoking is not allowed in the Apartments, neither in the public areas.
Are pets allowed?
We know how important is for you to travel with your pet, but for security and hygiene reasons we feel sorry not allowing them in our Apartments.
Can I organize parties or events in the Apartments?
It is strictly forbidden to hold parties in the Apartments, in case on non-compliance the police will be notified and we reserve the right to evict you from the establishment.
Cleaning is every 2 days including towels change and every 4 days towels and bedlinen change. You can order daily cleaning upon request and at an additional cost.
